We use our computers for lots of different things and expect them to keep our data safe and free from viruses.
We want to be able to use the latest software or games, download and store pictures from our digital cameras and 'phones, watch or even record a movie, connect to the internet, on-line banking, video 'phone calls... etc.
This reliance means we need to 'backup' our files. We also need to protect ourselves from identity fraud.
For all the above reasons, and more, it is important that your computer is looked after by polite, knowledgeable and qualified people.
